Warminster Housing

A boutique development on a complex site in a conservation area on the edge of a village.

This project seeks to introduce two new homes to the existing streetscape in a village close to the town of Warminster, Dorset. The proposals borrow from the historical context of the conservation area whilst creating new, contemporary homes. The use of local materials and a gabled roof form further root the project in its context. The proposed houses reflect the existing terrace and provide much needed housing to this rural area. Each house has a front garden to the street along with a large garden and parking to the rear.
